At Mammalix AI, we take the integrity of narrative analytics seriously. We don't just process numbers; we interpret the linguistic pulse of your organization. Our AI tools are governed by strict protocols to ensure that high-stakes data remains protected under UK law.
How does our model utilize your input? We operate on a zero-retention policy for raw data unless explicitly stated in your consulting agreement. You retain 100% intellectual property rights over the stories we help you discover.
2. Narrative Intellectual Property
The proprietary algorithms used for mammals-themed branding and storytelling are the sole property of Mammalix AI. While the output belongs to you, the underlying logic that identifies behavioral patterns through narrative arcs is our unique trade secret.
- Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer our narrative extraction engines.
- Consultancy reports are for internal use unless a distribution license is granted.
3. Service Availability & Liability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we're mammals, not machines—even if our AI is. We aren't liable for any indirect disruptions caused during scheduled maintenance of our Narrative Analytics dashboard.
Have you reviewed our specific liability caps? For UK-based contracts, our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid over the preceding 12 months under the South Side Road West agreement.
